UK delivery

Available delivery services, charges and estimated dispatch times are shown during checkout. Orders are packed with care and sent using the selected service after payment has cleared.

Dispatch and pre-orders

In-stock products are normally dispatched within the timeframe displayed on the product or checkout page. Pre-order products are dispatched after the relevant release stock has arrived. Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held until all products are available unless split shipping has been agreed.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is supplied, monitor the carrier updates and contact Premier Breaks promptly if a parcel appears delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered. Do not discard packaging where a damage claim may be required.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. Contact Premier Breaks immediately if an error is noticed; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
